It's not often that I post a side dish as the feature of our menu. But I thought that this shaved Brussels sprout salad was a beautiful way to begin the week 16 menu plan. It is so vibrant and fitting for spring, and it pairs wonderfully with the easy carbonara that is on the plan for Monday night!
