In our week 21 menu plan we have a whole chicken that is roasted with lavender, rosemary, and thyme, along with honey and balsamic vinegar! It sounds like a lot, but they meld together to make a beautiful, well-balanced glaze. If you have never cooked with lavender, this is one you will want to try!
