Ingredients:
Pork Shoulder + Spices
Step One:
Mix spices in a bowl
Step Two:
Reserve 1/4 cup and rub remaining on all surfaces of pork
Step Three:
Vacuum seal pork in a bag and place in sous vide immersion cooker for 18-24 hours
Step Four:
Pat dry then rub with remaining spices. Roast for 30 min.
Step Five:
Shred with a fork
