1. Combine and whisk the dry ingredients and set aside.

2. Cream the wet ingredients using an electric mixer.

3. Mash the bananas and fold it in the creamed ingredients.

4. Add the flour mixture to the batter and mix it together.

5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake. Optional, top it with nuts.


– Stir ¾ cup of chocolate chips into the batter. – Mix ¼ cup of granulated sugar with 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter before baking. – Mix 4 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 4-6 tablespoons of milk.
