1. Crush the graham and combine the crust ingredients.  Press the crumbs evenly in a springform pan.

2. Make the caramel sauce and set it aside to cool.

3. Whip the cheesecake filling and pour it over the graham crust.

4. Prepare, peel, and cut the apples. Then lay them over the cheesecake batter.

5. Mix the crumble topping ingredients and layer them on top of the apple slices.

6. Serve and drizzle the caramel sauce on top of the cheesecake.
