Simple Ingredients

1. Cook the pine nuts in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 1 minute.

2. Add all of the pesto ingredients, except for the oil, to the food processor.

3. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water.

4. Add the drained pasta to a large bowl (or you can put it back in the pan). Add the pesto and about a half cup of the reserved pasta water.
