Mashed Potatoes with Gruyere and Leek

1. Cut and boil the potatoes.

2. Melt butter and sauté the leeks, then add minced garlic.

3. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and mash them.

4.  Mix the remaining ingredients until smooth.

– Cut potatoes into smaller chunks to help them cook faster. – Return the potatoes to the hot pan after draining to evaporate excess liquid. – Wash the leeks well to get rid of unwanted dirt.
