- Milk - Yeast - Sugar - Butter - Eggs - Brandy - Salt - Flour - Oil

1. Stir yeast into warm milk and set aside for 10 minutes to proof.

2. Beat eggs until fluffy, then add sugar, butter, brandy & salt

3.  Alternate flour and milk, mixing in between, then knead 3 minutes.

4. Allow the dough to rise until double in size.

5. Roll dough 1/4-inch thick then cut into 3-inch circles.

6. Rest for 30 minutes until double in size.

7. Working in batches, fry the dough in 350°F oil.

8. Roll in sugar then pipe the filling inside.
