Sheet Pan Pork Chops with Roasted Vegetables

I love one-pan meals! These pork chops were moist and tender, so good with the apples on the side!

Step One:

Season your pork and rest for 30 minutes

Step Two:

Cream butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla

Begin roasting Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes

Step Three:

Cut apples into wedges

Step Four:

Add apples and pork chops and continue roasting

Step Five:

Toss the veggies and turn the pork over to finish roasting
