1. Combine and mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.

2. Beat the heavy cream and fold it into the condensed milk mixture.

3. Finish folding the rest of the whipped cream mixture.

4. Pour the cream mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2 hours.

5. Remove the ice cream from the freezer 

6. Add the fudge and peanut toppings, then freeze for another 6 hours.
