If you have followed me for any length of time you know that I love to indulge. Our weekly state dinners always have a dessert and are filled with decadence. But too much of that and you are left feeling sluggish and miserable. That’s where this Whole 30 menu plan comes in!
The first time I completed the Whole30 program was pretty life-changing for me. It helped me to really understand my body and the way that food made me feel. But it was also a giant struggle! You see, I believe that food should taste great, no matter what! And my first round of Whole30 I ate a lot of bland and boring food.
This time around, it had to be different! I was determined to eat food that I actually enjoyed! Food that filled me up and that brought me joy! And with this round of Whole30 I loved it! Healthy food can and should taste great!
So here is a full week of Whole30 dinners, complete with side dish recommendations! Whether or not you are on Whole30, these are recipes worth putting on your menu!
Monday, October 12
- Coconut Chicken Strips
- Sweet Potato Fries (instead of seasoned salt, which has sugar, use 1 tsp. regular salt, 1/8 tsp paprika, and a pinch of onion powder) with Whole30 Ranch
Tuesday, October 13
Wednesday, October 14
Thursday, October 15
Friday, October 16
- 50/50 Bacon Bison Burgers with Lettuce “Buns”
- Oven Fries with Siete Foods Cashew Queso (this queso is technically SWYTO, so skip if it doesn’t fit into your Whole30 plan)
