You are not going to believe how easy it is to cook Air Fryer Lamb Chops with garlic & rosemary! A quick marinade locks in the flavors of fresh herbs. Then it takes about 10 minutes to cook in your air fryer! An elegant meal can be on your table in no time!
Mix the olive oil with chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, minced garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Rub the olive oil and spice mixture all over the lamb chops, coating them on all sides.
Allow the lamb to marinate in the spices at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
Lay the lamb chops in a single layer in your air fryer basket, leaving some room in between each one. You may have to cook the lamb in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
Remove the lamb chops from the air fryer and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
