Add cranberry simple syrup and bitters to a rocks glass.
Place an ice sphere in the glass.
Pour bourbon over the top of the ice.
Garnish with an orange peel and cranberries.
Cranberry Simple Syrup: ½ cup water ½ cup granulated sugar 2 cups cranberries Peel of 1 orangeIn a small saucepan, bring ingredients to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Continue to cook until the cranberries begin popping, then remove from heat. Cool to room temperature, then strain. Yield: About ⅔ cup syrup
