1. Beat some eggs, then coat chicken pieces with egg.

2. Cover the chicken completely with flour.

3. Lay on a baking sheet with space between each piece.

4. Bake until the inside of the chicken reaches 165°F.

5. While the chicken cooks, cook the sauce ingredients over medium heat.

6. Coat the chicken bites in buffalo sauce, then serve immediately.


– Wings can be cooked in the air fryer or deep fried. – For the crispiest chicken, lay a wire rack on a baking sheet and put the chicken on top. – Lay the chicken in a single layer and leave a little space between each piece so that the hot air can circulate. – Check the doneness of the chicken with a thermometer.
