Ingredients

1. Press and crush the mini eggs. Reserve some for later.

2. Microwave the butter and chocolate chips. 

3. Whisk the sugars, then eggs into the chocolate

4. Stir in dry ingredients, then mini eggs candy.

5. Pour the batter into the parchment paper. Top with remaining mini eggs and bake.

Tips

- Use Room Temperature Eggs - Fully incorporate the sugar and eggs to the batter. - Cut your parchment paper where it is long enough to extend over two sides of the pan.
