Ingredients

1. Cook the sausage and set aside.

2. Sauté the onions and spinach in heated oil until they are soft.

3. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir well. Then, bring to a boil until pasta is al dente.

4. Add and mix the cooked sausage into the mixture.

5. Add the ricotta and top it with your favorite topping.

Recipe Tips

Chop your vegetables while the meat is cooking and cook them together with the pasta. – This is a one-pan meal so you can serve it by itself. – Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil over the top, to add another dimension of flavor
