Simple Ingredients

1.Roast the chile peppers. For smoother flavor roast the tomatillos, 

2. Place in a covered bowl and let cool for 15 minutes, then peel the skin off peppers.

3. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.

4. Taste and add more salt or lime, if desired.
