Ingredients

1. Cut the brioche bread into cubes.

2. Whisk the custard ingredients and pour over the cubed bread.

3. Cook and mix the sauce well, then pour over the casserole.

4. Bake the casserole until golden brown.

Tips

- Instead of half and half, use a mixture of whole milk and heavy cream. - Store leftovers in an airtight container. - You can substitute brioche bread with French bread, Italian bread, sourdough, or challah bread.
