This easy Pumpkin Pie recipe uses canned pumpkin and is made in one bowl. You don't even need an electric mixer!
Place the canned pumpkin puree, eggs, half and half, brown sugar, cornstarch, and spices into a large bowl.
Using a whisk (or a hand mixer) blend until the custard is smooth.
Pour into a par-baked pie crust. You can also use a graham cracker crust.
Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minuts.
