Simple Ingredients

1. Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl. 

2. Cream the butter and sugar, then add the egg and vanilla extract.  

3. Mix the buttermilk and flour mixture alternately. 

4.  Bake until the edges of the cookie turn golden brown.

5. Prepare vanilla and chocolate frosting.

6. Spread both of the frostings on the flat side of the cookie evenly on each side.

Recipe Tips

– Round the dough using your finger. – Check the following batches a minute earlier. – Frost the flat side of the cookie. - Make sure the frosting is distinct by wiping off your tool frequently.
