Ingredients

1. Cream the butter and sugar. Then add the eggs and vanilla to the creamed mixture.

3. In a small bowl, stir the cinnamon and sugar. Then, form the batter into small ball dough pieces.

4.  Coat each ball of dough with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

5. Line the cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake the cookies.

– It is best to chill your dough for 24 hours, though even 30 minutes makes a difference. – Bake at a high temperature to create a nice rise out of the cookie dough. – Do not overbake. – Use parchment paper or a silicone mat.
