Simple Ingredients

1. Boil the cider until it is reduced by two-thirds and let it cool before adding it to the batter. 

2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

3. Cream the butter and sugar for using an electric mixer. Then add eggs and beat well.

4. Cut the donuts using a 2 ½-inch cutter for the outside and a 1-inch cutter for the inside.

5. Deep fry the donuts and let it cool. Then, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Recipe Tips

Store donuts in an airtight container for 2-3 days. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months. – Leftover donuts can be warmed in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. – Make the donuts in the air fryer by cooking them at 330°F (166°C) for 8-10 minutes.
