1. Brown the diced pork  in a large pot.

2. Sauté the onions and jalapeño peppers.

3. Add the garlic, cilantro and flour to the sautéed onions. 

4. Combine the remaining ingredients and simmer.


– For thicker stew, make a slurry by mixing 2 tablespoons of masa harina with ¼ cup of chili broth. – Enjoy green chili as a main dish with warm tortillas or cornbread and a little butter. – Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
