1. Whisk and mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

2. Whisk the butter and milk in a different bowl. Then, add and mix the eggs.

3. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add them to the cream cheese mixture.

4. Pour the batter into the pan with melted butter and bake.

- Pre-heat cast iron skillet for a nice cornbread crust.  - Bacon grease can substitute for butter. - It is best enjoyed while it is still warm.  - Use room temperature eggs and milk.
