Easy Sweet Potato Dinner Rolls

Two Ingredients

1. Mash cooked sweet potatoes in a large bowl.

2. Add the self-rising flour.

3. Mix in the flour until it is forms a shaggy dough.

4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 1 minute.

5. Bake until the eggs are set.

Recipe Tips

– You can bake the dinner rolls in a 330°F air fryer for 10-14 minutes. – Store rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. – You can also freeze them for 3 months.
