1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

2. In a separate bowl, cream the wet ingredients.

3. Combine and stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients on low speed.

4. Prepare and mix the toppings in a small bowl.

5. Line the cupcake liners in the muffin tin and fill it with the batter.

6. Sprinkle the toppings on each muffin cup of batter. Then, bake until golden brown.
