1. Finely mince the rosemary and garlic.

2. Whip the butter using a hand mixer, spatula, or food processor.

3. Mix the minced rosemary and garlic into the butter.

4.  Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate.

5. Optional: Make a butter log using parchment paper. Shape, Roll, and twist the ends of the paper.

Ways To Use the Butter

- As a finishing butter for grilled lamb or a filet mignon. - Rub it on a whole chicken, turkey, or prime rib. Use it for an extra flavorful garlic bread. - Mix with rice or pasta.
