1. Mix the graham crust ingredients and press them in the pan.

2. Beat the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.

3. Beat the filling ingredients until smooth and combined.

4. Fold the whipped cream into the filling mixture using a spatula.

5. Pour the cheescake batter to the crust. Spread evenly and refrigerate.


- Don’t overmix the whipped cream and filling mixture. - Use an offset spatula. - Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese gently. - Freeze the cheesecake for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
