My family is trying to eat more fish. We have never been big fish eaters, but since there are so many health benefits to eating fish we are trying some different recipes. This garlic butter-basted fish recipe may just be a new favorite! It was so good I had to add it to the week 20 menu plan! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
